About Me

As a 2003 graduate of distinction from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Commerce degree, Graham Ogden has a firm foundation to complement his 12 years of sales and management experience. Graham is passionate about what he does and has a firm grasp on the concepts of commerce, marketing and strategic analysis. As a natural born leader and “people person”, he has excelled in a strong team environment and has proven to be a self starter with innovative problem solving abilities.

Five years ago, Graham channelled that commerce background into the field of real estate by opening his own firm as a licensed Realtor, aiding people in the buying and selling of property and in the creation of new property developments. Using the intensive research and interpretive skills of his former profession, Graham proved so successful in his new venture that he won the Rookie of the Year for Realty Executives Challenge in 2005.

Graham’s people skills come in handy in his real estate venture. He is able to guide his clients throughout their real estate experience and has a line-up of lawyers, accountants, bankers and investment advisors available to better serve his clients immediate and long-term needs.

Graham has such a firm grasp of the intricacies of the real estate industry, he is able to work on several projects at the same time and still give each one personalized attention. He works with both residential and commercial clients in matters of real estate transactions including investing, purchasing, selling, developing, and relocation. Graham believes so strongly in the investment potential of real estate that he is himself an avid investor. He is physically active in body and mentally creative in making his mark on the real estate scene.
