Instructions:
- Use the zoom bar on the left hand side of the map to zoom in and out of areas of the city. Also use the "Zoom-to:" drop down menu on the top right to zoom into specific neighbourhoods.
- Use the bars to the left of the map to change your criteria, including price, # of bedrooms, # of bathrooms, size of property desired, and year built.
- Choose the type of properties you want to view by checking or un-checking property types under "Advanced Options" on the left hand side.
- VIPS trending tools are available upon sign up at the bottom of the map. These include useful information such as how many properties have listed vs sold in the area of the map you are currently in, average/median prices, and average days on market.
